In the Control Panel -> System -> 'General' tab:

A lot of pc's that are shipped from 3rd-party vendors
often include a small image on the left hand side next to
the system specs. I would like to customize this image
b/c I am setting up some notebook pc's for a small
company. If anyone can help, it would be greatly
appreciated.

Is there an additional registry setting needed to turn on
the oemlogo?

what attached file?

-----Original Message-----
You need the attached file in the folder as well. The
picture can be any size or colour depth.

Create a 100x100 pixel bitmap. Name it oemlogo and place it in the
windows\system32 directory.
