Customizing Excel 2007

Hi,

I do a lot of date manipulation and would like to add a shortcut Date Format
of DD-Mmm-YY to either the ribbon (under Home in Number drop-down list) or
to the Quick Access toolbar on top of the screen. Any help is appreciated.

Record the macro to do the cell format, then put the "button" for that
macro on the QAT.
 
Hi,

If you use the command a lot, record the macro and assign a shortcut key.
Also consider putting the macro in the Personal Macro Workbook
