Customized Reporting in Access 2003

I am trying to create a report that lists a national average (Bell Curve) in
a bar chart, while changing a individual bar display for each record. Any
idea on how to do this?

I would not use a chart control and instead "roll my own". There is code at
http://www.invisibleinc.com/divFiles.cfm?divDivID=4 I believe in the Corp
Tech demos. This takes some math but isn't too difficult.
