customized popup help dialogue box

Hi,
I am setting up a Word Template for use across a large company.
Is it possible to setup a customised help dialogue box to guide staff on how
to use the document? I would like it to appear when the user opens the
template and be able to be closed and reopened again at the user's discretion.
