Customized form doesn't look like 2007 Contact

Hi,

I have customized 3 pages of the contact form by the following method:
Tools > forms > design a form > select contact in the standard forms
when the form opens select Developer >

At that point, a form opens that can be modified with User-define fields. I
then publish the form and it will open .... HOWEVER, the form that opens does
not resemble the 2007 contact form.

Why?

microsoft.public.outlook.program_forms is the appropriate group for this
question.
