Customize Windows Mail Toolbar

I'm trying to customize the toolbar in Windows Mail. I added Undelete from
the Available Toolbars Buttons to the Current Toolbar Buttons in the
Customize Toolbar box. It shows on the toolbar if the Customize Toolbar box
is open, but once I close it, the Undelete icon disappears. How can I get it
to stay once the Customize Toolbar box is closed. Thanks.

That button is active only in IMAP Accounts, it does not work for POP3
accounts.
