Is it possible to customize the different task panes the
same way we can customize and even create toolbars?

Hi Libi,
document" taskpane to a very limited extent. And there's a
minimal amount of control provided through events for the
mail merge task pane. The Formatting and Styles taskpane
can be influenced via the "Customized" choice from the list
at the bottom of the pane. But that's it as far as I know.
