I failed to find a way for following customizations:

I want my new slides to be empty (no "Click..)

I want my animation motion default to be without smooth start , smooth end

Which version of PowerPoint do you use?

The first slide in a new default presentation always has placeholders.
Change the layout of the only slide to a layout without placeholders and
save it as a template. Make it default by saving as blank.potx in your
standard template folder.

You cannot set a default for the animation start.

No, don't delete the placeholders from the master. It causes you to have big
blank white boxes on the slides. (You won't be able to see this on a white
background, but I still advise against it.)

If you need a blank slide layout as the default, use Shyam's add-in, "Set
