Customize Pivot Table

How do I change the 'Total' column in the pivot table
below to have a more descriptive title? (I'm on Excel 97)

Orderbook Impact
Mill Product Total
Mill A Product A -20
Mill B Product A 146
Grand Total 126

You can't change the text in that cell. You could add a comment to the
cell (Insert>Comment), but it won't move with the 'Total' cell if the
pivot table changes.
