Customize Outlook Today

The "Customize Outlook Today" option is not functioning in
Outlook 2000. When you press on it, it doesn't do
anything. Is there an option that's not enabled or is
there a backdoor to get around this? Thanks.

I have the same problem - running Office 2000 SP3 on WinXP. I click on the
Customize button and nothing happens...
