Customize Outlook Today

"Customize Outlook Today" button does nothing when I
click on it. Worked before. Only difference is we
applied SP1 and SP3 and security updates.

If this is Outlook 2000, the following MSKB article provides the fix for
this issue.

OL2000: You Cannot Customize Outlook Today After You Install Critical Update
