Customize Outlook Today

I recently reformatted my hard drive and reinstalled all
software, including Office 2000. The Customize Outlook
Today button worked perfectly until I downloaded the SR-1a
patch and now it will no longer work. What can I do to
get this button working again short of reformatting my
hard drive again and reloading all programs?? Removing
Office 2000 and reloading it again did not fix the problem
either. Can anyone help??
