Customize Outlook Today button doesn't work

Customize Outlook Today button does not respond when clicking. I previously
submitted a question and received a reply that there is a registry setting
that needs to be adjusted while customizing, however I cannot find reference
to the article anymore. I'm on a new computer and would like to customize
Outlook Today again.
