customize context menu Word 2007

HI, How can I customize context menu in WORD 2007. I have problem with
disappearing copy and paste line in this menu so i think it should be
something with customization, But I'm not so sure. Could someone help me deal
with this ??
 
In Word 2007, you'll need a macro to customize the context menus (and, as in
previous versions, there are many different context menus to keep track of).
You may find it easier to make use of the keyboard shortcuts Ctrl+C (for
copy) and Ctrl+V (for paste).
