customise toolbar for a particular spreadsheet only

it has been my experiance that custom tool bars are
machine specific and not file specific.
custom tool bars will not follow a file to another user.
sorry.
 
They will follow if either the toolbar is "Attached" to the workbook, or is
built (& removed) on the fly using VBA code.
