Customise MsgBox Buttons

Hi
I have a message box with yes, no, cancel options. Is there any way I can
change the text on the actual buttons so that they say, for example
'Option1', 'Option2', 'Cancel'?

It's possible, but requires tons of bogus-looking Windows API programming.
