customer color palette is lost in distributed workbook

Hi all -

I setup a workbook for my users and added custom colors
I sent the workbook out, just received one back
It is using the default Excel color palette instead of my custom
palette

What is up with that and how can I fix?

Thanks

Any can use:
tools|Options|Color tab|and click Reset.

But you can open that same dialog and use the dropdown box at the bottom to copy
the colors back. Have the workbook with the correct colors open when you do
this.

I'm confident my end users don't know how to change colors nor time to
do so
The color's are imporant as I refer to specific color in instructions
on how to use spreadsheets

How can I make sure they are seeing my custom color pallette?

Thanks
