Custom Views are disabled

The 'help' for creating a custom view tells me to go to View => Custom
Views... That menu option is disabled - does anyone know why? I have looked
through all of the help and cannot find the answer

Are two or more sheets selected? If so, the word [Group] would appear in
the Title Bar at the top of the Excel window.

To ungroup, right-click on a sheet tab, choose Ungroup sheets
