Custom UI Editor - enable functions but shortcut is still available

Hello,

I adjust the ribbon for a Excel Workbook with the custom UI Editor.
This all works fine but when i for instance enable file print, the
shortcut Ctrl+P stills works, can i enable these shortcut keys as well
in the custom UI Editor?
