Custom Toolbars

I have a file that is a master file. Each user opens it up and does a Save
As and names it accordingly. There is a custom toolbar attached that does
some basic macros.

No i have to add a button to the custom toolbar.

How do i do that? do i have to go in to each file...there could be 20
copies out there. Do i rename the new toolbar?...Attach it? but then won''t
it have the macros to the master and not the macros in the indiviudal files?
I just can't figure out how these toolbars work.

hi
you have a lot of questions and the subject you are dealing with can get
complicated.
the normal(usual)way of dealing with this(if such a thing exists) is to
create the custom toolbar on file open of the master(custom)file then delete
the custom toolbar on file exit.
since toolbars tend to be pc specific, this allow the users to have the
custom toolbar when needed and keep their own personal toolbar setup when not
needed.
