Custom Title Bar in VB.NET

Hi, I'm building a custom layout Form (with
FormBorderStyle none...) that completely repaint itself
(title,borders, etc ...) How i must override the base
properties and methods to correctly anchor a Main menu o a
ToolBar below the title Label ??

Moreover, can anybody plz tell, how should I get the
System Menu in the Taskbar even if FormBorderStyle is set
to NONE.
