Custom process when sending message

G

Hi,

Our group often receives email messages that normally should go through
our main support channel. Rather than have each person write their own
custom "polite response" telling the user to re-send their email
through the correct address I would like to create a standard response
and make it so we can simply respond and automate the inclusions of
the "polite response"

First I thought I could do something with the rules wizard - have the
responder enter "redirect" in the subject and use that as a key to
trigger my custom process. It didn't take too long to hit a dead end
here but that would have been perfect.

Has anyone accomplished something like this or have any hints?

Thanks

These are all potential solutions:

-- If you're using Word as the email editor, AutoText

-- Outlook signatures

-- The tools from http://www.emailtemplates.com and http://www.activewords.com
