Custom Pivot Table Format

I want to create a custom pivot table format, with custom
colors etc... How do I do this?
 
You can't add to the list of AutoFormats for a PivotTable, but you could
record a macro as you apply formatting, then run that macro to apply
formatting to your PivotTables.
