custom paper choice in printing preferences

After adding several printers and postscript drivers, I can not get the
Custom Paper selection to appear under the printing preferences menu for the
life of me. It's on some other computers, with the exact same printers, but
not this one. It's an artist workstation so he uses that custom paper
selection quite often. Anyone have any idea's?

Have you checked the (unnamed) printer makers website about your (unnamed)
printer model? Or emailed their support (but telling them the details you
have kept secret)?

It's not an unnamed printer, it's a minolta fiery zx printer, and adobe
general postscript drint driver. I have contacted Minolta and alas I got
the, it's out of warranty answer.

It *was* unnamed here until your last post. The options that you want
are a function of the printer driver. Uninstall the drivers and
reinstall them. If that doesn't solve the issue, then I'm afraid you'll
have to examine the computers where the printer drivers *do* work and
try to find out what is different about them.

It's not unnamed now since you have deigned to reveal that information in
this post, but it was unnamed in your original post. If you are unsure about
that please re-read your original post.

This is not a Windows issue- it is a (now named) Minolta issue- so you are
not in the best newsgroup for help. Try following Malkes advice, or try a
more relevant newsgroup.

It would make your post easier to follow if you followed the flow of
conversation- some people wont read or try to follow posts that change the
order of the posts.
