Custom Menu bars

How does one disable custom menu bars other than holding
down the shift key when starting the application? I'd
like to remove them entirely but am having difficulty. I
appreicate your help.

Open your database in design view. Click on View - Toolbars - Customize. Click
on the Toolbars ta in the dialog box that appears. Find the custom menu in the
list and select it. Click on the Delete button in the dialog box.
