Custom Menu Bars Not Saving

I created a custom menu bars with 10 buttons. Different macros are assigned to buttons
I have it set up when a particular worksheet is activated th
menu bar appears on the right side of screen.
Problem is the custom menu bar is missing all the buttons when it appears
What am I doing wrong in my process where my customization is not being saved
