Custom lists on worksheet tabs

I often create workbooks with 12 tabs for each month. I manually rename
the tabs January, February, etc. Is there a way for me to apply custom
lists to the tabs in the same way you can do it within a worksheet?

My suggestion would to create a template file (*.xlt)
where you have 12 worksheets already formatted the way you
want, and then save it in you XLStart folder.
