How can I add a new page size when making a custom label?

I am not sure that link, which is about sharing custom labels, will assist
here. Word will only allow paper sizes that the printer driver is capable of
printing. For non standard sizes, use a larger standard paper size and align
the labels by fixing the margins appropriately.
