Custom Forms missing after upgrade.

We just upgraded to Outlook 2003 and my Custom Forms in my Personal Library
are not there. They exist on my C:, but are not in the Library.

I would like to put them back.

You must have done something other than upgrade, like maybe import your PST file in a new mail profile rather than continue using your original PST file. The Personal Forms library is, in fact, a bunch of hidden items in your original PST file.
