Custom Forms Icon in Category List

Hello,

I've created a custom contact form and have switched the icons in the
properties section of the form. However, in the Contacts Category List,
the custom form still displays the tiny note icon.

Is this a limitation of custom forms? Is there a way to change the icon?

I'm running Outlook XP.

Oops running Outlook 2003.


It seems after I've created a new contact with my custom form, I need to
reopen each form using "Design This Form" reapply the icons, save, then the
icon will show up?!

Anyone know why this is happening?

Ah Ha! Got it working... I needed to restart Outlook...
