custom deploy folder

I have several programs that I would like to deploy to a custom
folder. A person could install 1 or all of the programs and all would
be listed in that folder with their own icons. This would mimick the
GAMES folder setup from with in the program files folder. This would
cause less clutter in the program file folder. Can someone point me
in the right direction?
