Custom confirmation window

Hello,
I was wondering ... I have a datagrid with a delete button. When the delete
button is clicked I open a confirmation box where the user can click OK or
Cancel the action.

Hotmail uses the same function when you try to delete a mail from your trash
bin. However, the confirmation window they have is customized with a white
background, an image in the upper left corner, etc ... How is this done?
