The modifications are not changed when I send it by e-mail. For instance, I
created an attendance tracking spreadsheet at work and wanted to shade some
of the cells in the worksheet a shade of grey that was lighter than the one
automatically shown in the colors palette. So, I changed one of the colors in
the palette that I never use (the light pink color) to the light shade of
grey that I wanted. When I e-mailed the worksheet, however, the shading that
is shown for those cells on the recipient's computer is the light pink color.
I only became aware of it because the person I e-mailed it to wanted to know
why on earth I had shaded those cells in pink (it made the whole worksheet
look awful)! I just thought that there may be a way to lock in the settings
into a document, but I guess not. Darn!
