Custom backround

Hello, i have been having a problem with my background. I found one on a site
and set it as my wallpaper, but everytime I log off and go back on the screen
turns to a solid color and the picture is gone. Anyone know why?
 
Set your background; right click on the Desktop, choose Properties; on the
Themes tab, click Save as.... name it, click ok.
