Custom Attribute

Is there any way where i can use custom attributes in Word 2003 as we have
in Infoapath 2003

I don't know how you're using them in Infopath, but in general terms the
answer is probably "No". Or, at the very least, it would require a VBA-coded
solution.

Attributes aren't really supported in the Word UI. You can only get at them
by right-clicking the element to which they belong and view/change them in a
dialog box.

I don't know about InfoPath but Word documents can have Custom Properties
(File > Properties > Custom tab). Will they do?
