Cursor jumps and computer freeze

I am getting stressed out. Computer just returned from shop - was told
motherboard, hard drive, keyboard, mouse and DVD drive were replaced.
I continue to have a problem I had before all the "replacements" -
cursor goes where it wants to when typing. At times cursor is frozen
and Ctrl alt Del does nothing and I end up having to use the power
button to shut off. It took me almost a week to put back my programs
and files - service center wants me to use Recovery disks - and will
not discuss any software problems since my warrantee has expired. I
don't even know if this is a hardware or software problem. Please give
me some help and or advise. Sincere thanks.

I would be on top of reapir shop. Obviously they didn't fix your problem.
Use Recovery disks like suggested. Will probably lose any personal files.

Hopefully you paid with a credit card. Take it to another store if it was
not fixed but then again you might be using bad or infected software or not
protecting yourself on the internet. I have never heard of so many
peripherals going bad at the same time. If the machine was working after
been repair it is someting that you are doing.

Strange indeed.
