Cursor jumping to next cell

With Excel 2003, to keep the cursor from skipping to the next cell after
entry in a cell, Tools>Options>Edit was used to keep cursor in the last cell.
With Excel 2007, how is this now accomplished??
 
Office Button | Excel Options | Advanced | de-select 'After pressing Enter,
move selection'

That should do it?
 
Office Button>Excel Options>Advanced.
