cursor indicates hebrew , the english letters appear

While writing the hebrew message with the cursor indicating hebrew language
and the paragraph is right-to-left suddenly appear english letters, which
change back to hebrew after pressing ALT+SHIFT. The phenomenon appears very
often and is annoying as one has to observe the text all the time.

Does this also happen when typing in other applications, e.g. Word?

I have observed the same with my Japanese IME, and this is not an
Outlook, but a Windows (IME) problem. What Windows version are you
using? (It happens less often on my system since installing XP-SP3.)
