cursor goes to the bottom of the page when pressing enter

The problem I have when I want to type a document in Word
is that the cursor moves all the way down to the bottom
of the page when I press the enter key. I tried to
install Word again, but the problem wasn't fixed. Is
there anybody who knows what I should do? Thanks for any
answer in advance!

Hi, Anita,

Go to File > Page Setup and click the Layout tab. I think you'll find that
the "Vertical alignment" box is set to Justified. Change it to Top and click
OK.
