cursor does not move from one cell to another

Hello

I am trying to edit a simple excel file & when I try to move the cursor from one cell to another it does not move but instead it moves the whole sheet up or down based on the respective up or down arrows I press. The highlight remains on the same cell

Does anyone have an answer to this

Hi Tony,

This is the behavior I'd expect if your Scroll Lock key were turned on.
If this is the case, there will be an SCRL indicator in the lower right
corner of the Excel status bar, as well as a light above the Scroll Lock key
on your keyboard. Does this sound like what's happening to you?
