cursor blink faster and bigger

Dear Cursor,

Bigger is not possible. To adjust the blink rate, open Keyboard in Control
Panel and drag the Cursor blink rate slider.

As Cooz points out, the blink rate is set in Control Panel | Keyboard. If
the cursor has become quite small, however, the usual solution is to switch
to 500% Zoom and back.
