current time zone date query

I connect remotely to several DB2 tables via ODBC connection. We have several
order table that I would like to query and I would like them all to have the
same cutoff time. The date / time stamp is in Grenwich Mean Time.

I was wondering if access has a command I can use that will look at the
current time zone on the machine I connecting to. This way 2:00 pm is 2:00 pm
no matter if the box is in NY or LA.

There's a GetTimeZoneInformation function included within
