As Sister Mary pointed out the home page now appears to be at Geocities.
There are instructions for updating rates on this page (includes how-to
DIY if the updater doesn't work properly):

It will update on the "IMF" data but the more complete "Pacific Comerce"
datafile has changed location and does not have the required key-phrased
for CC2 to synchronise.

For now I'm using the IMF until I have time to see if I can massage the new
file from http://fx.sauder.ubc.ca/supplement.html to mimic the old page.
