how do you delete url,s from the search bar in homepage.....there annoying
 
If you are using Firefox go to Tools>Options>Privacy>History Tab>Clear
Browser History
Internet Explorer go to Tools>Internet
Options>General>History-Clear History.
 
Hehehehehe, only one reason why they would be annoying.

cheers for your advise but i should have explained in more detail it was
the url.s in the search bar where you search the web ....e.g when you type
in microsoft.com all of the previous site that begin with the letter [m]
appear like if i typed it gives me a list of site beginning with
that ive search for in the past.....how do i delete them.....thank in
advance
 
it not what you think .honest .....but you never know when you might have to
delete them ,you know what i mean ...prying eyes

Delete all the entries (001, 002, 003, and so on) in this location of the
registry (Start > Run > regedit):

[HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Search Assistant\ACMru\5001]

Or type/copy the following in the Run dialog box or command prompt:

REG DELETE "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Search Assistant\ACMru\5001"
