It's probably not a real one. Correct me if I'm wrong,
but Microsoft don't send out patch notifications, it's
usually a spoofed e-mail made to look like it's from
Microsoft.
I had a message from my automatic update last night about the new security update for service pack 1. So per the suggestion I downloaded it. As I downloaded it my system was working great. At the end of the download they give the typical "you must reboot your computer" message so I did. The first thing I noticed was my wireless mouse would come and go (stop working). I then reloaded the software for the mouse. Same result. At that point it was late so I shut the thing off. Anybody else having problems with it?? Is there a quick fix?
