CTRL + H doesn't go to A1

If the first row is frozen; and you use the CTRL + H to go "home",
the cursor jumps instead too A2. Any good way to override that and
get it to A1? Could use F5. . . GO TO , but CTRL + H is so
convenient.
TIA for any ideas.

That's the price you pay for freezing top row.

I have never heard of a workaround other than GoTo or mouse-click

Save yourself a step and put the GoTo Icon on your Toolbar.

BTW Did you mean CTRL + Home?

CTRL + H opens the Find dialog for me in 2003 and 2007 Excel
