CTRL ALT DEL Does not work

I was installing mcafee and for some reason during the process I lost some
video drivers which I am trying to reinstall but I also lost the ability to
use CTRL ALT DEL. Not sure why. I would appreciate any help

under taskbar, schroll down to "repair, disable, enable the task
manager" and click on the repair and a download will pop up to a
repair program that should get you back in line.
