.csv incompatible message after saving

Hi,
After opening the .csv file i want to save the new documen.
I see the message:
..CSV may contain features that ere not compatible with CSV.

I need it to be saved preciesly as the original type.
Please help,

It is giving you that error because there are many features that you may have
in your document that won't be saved, such as:

Formulas
Cell Formatting (Colors, Font's, Cell Borders)
Any Macro's
etc.

It will save exactly like a basic text file would save.
