In FP2002 the linked styles do appear in the Tool Bar Style Drop Down

| No. Because of a remarkably bug-like feature, the names
| of styles from linked style sheets don't show up in that
| dialog box. Either hand-type the name you want, or use
| the Style drop-down list on the Formatting toolbar.
