CSS Editor - is there any FrontPage Add-in available?

I have been learning CSS and because the web site I maintain is concerned
with individuals with disabilities being able to access it, in addition to
new web site design philosphy recommends "style" should be applied via CSS. I
am wondering is there any add-in to verify CSS code for Frontpage? Presently
the code that Frontpage generates must be gone over in detail to correct code.

Also if Frontpage is going away - does any know what will replace it??
